How to view the order status and tracking information

Use the "Account" page on our site to find:
- Order confirmation information
- Order number
- Order invoice items
- Payment information
- Shipping/tracking related information
- Tracking number
- Courier information
- Estimated schedule

You should receive a confirmation email soon after completing an order with all of this information. If you do not see the confirmation email:
- check in your SPAM folder
- login to your account on landbully.com and check on the "Order Status" page
- contact us by filling out the form here or email us at orders@landbully.com

Do these BEFORE placing another order to avoid duplicating charges.

Cancellations

How to CANCEL (whole or part of) my order?
Please contact us (fill out the form here) as soon as possible to cancel an order because we optimize our processes for efficient and rapid order fulfillment to get it pulled from the shelves, packaged, and shipped to you. The order can only be cancelled if we can catch the package before it ships. Cancelled orders will incur a 5% processing fee. The order cannot be cancelled if the package has already shipped, so the cancellation request will be handled the same as a return in that case.

Returns

As a valued customer, you'll enjoy a generous 120-day return window, allowing you to make purchases with confidence. Fill out the form here or email returns@landbully.com with relevant details to expedite the process. Once approved, we will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions on how and where to send the return. RMAs expire 30 days after issued. Items returned without an active RMA will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new resalable condition and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please be sure to package returns well and use tracking. We recommend the use of insurance.

After we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it can be resold, we will process a refund. Please note that a restocking fee of 5-15% will be deducted from the refund amount, depending the package.

You will be notified if the return has been accepted or not, once the item has been received and inspected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If your return has been accepted, please allow up to 15 days for processing. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, contact us at returns@landbully.com for help.

Non-returnables

Some common items that are not eligible for returns:

  • Clearance/Blems/Open Box
  • Custom or special order
  • Discontinued
  • Programmers/calibrators
  • Apparel
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges will be handled the same way as a return, but the RMA will include slightly different instructions. Please see the "Return" section for clarification.

Shipping Related

Prices

We offer free shipping for most orders over $199 and $9.99 Flat rate shipping for orders less than that (Contiguous US).

There are some products that do not qualify for free shipping due to size or weight.

Domestic shipping time estimates

We optimize our processes for efficient and rapid order fulfillment to get it pulled from the shelves, packaged, and shipped to you the same day if your order is placed before 11:59am EST M-F. Orders placed after that or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We ship (in stock items) from our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN; so domestic orders are expected to be delivered between 1-5 days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates for orders. To avoid delays, we recommend ordering well in advance. Additionally, please do not schedule installation appointments until you have received and confirmed the arrival of your parts.

International

Contact us at sales@landbully.com with any questions or requests regarding orders to anywhere besides the Contiguous US.

Expedited

Expedited shipping may be available, depending on your location.

Change of address

Please notify us immediately of any address changes to avoid delays. We'll make every effort to update your address, but a $10 fee will apply due to the resources required. If your order has shipped, we'll try to re-route your package(s) with the carrier. If successful, you'll be charged a $15 address change fee plus any additional shipping costs.

Damaged merchandise

If your shipment is damaged in transit, please email orders@landbully.com
immediately. To facilitate a damage claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged parts
  • All original products and packaging materials

Important Notes:

  • Do not discard any packaging materials
  • Land Bully is not liable for damage claims denied due
    to customer negligence

LTL Truck Shipments:

  • Inspect the shipment upon delivery, even if the outside
    packaging shows no visible damage
  • Report any damage or shortages to Land Bully's customer
    service within 5 business days of delivery
  • Once you've signed and accepted the shipment, you
    release the freight company and Land Bully of any liability for damages not
    reported on the delivery receipt

 Delivery and Inspection:

  • The freight company will contact you to schedule a
    delivery date
  • Please ensure someone 18 years or older is present to
    sign and inspect the shipment
  • If damage is found, note it on the paperwork and take
    pictures; do not refuse the shipment

 Tracking and Documentation:

  • Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment
  • Accurately document any damage and take
    photos; email us within 48 hours

Refused shipments

Please note that refusing a package will result in:

  • A $15 service fee deduction from your refund
  • Additional shipping charges deducted from your refund
  • A delay in the refund process

To return an item, you must:

  • Accept the shipment
  • Follow our standard return process
  • Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by emailing orders@landbully.com

International Orders:

  • Refused packages will incur duty, taxes, and fees, which will be deducted from your refund

Lost or stolen packages

Account Information and Delivery Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your account has a current and accurate address, as well as up-to-date contact information, to guarantee proper delivery. Land Bully is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

If shipping to an apartment or multi-unit complex, please be aware that Land Bully is not liable for packages not received.

Missing Packages
If a package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please report it to orders@landbully.com within 24 hours. To investigate, we require a police report to be filed promptly. Please submit a copy of the report to orders@landbully.com.

Investigation and Claim Process
Due to potential delays or errors in delivery, the shipping carrier may require a 3-business-day waiting period before we can file a missing package claim. This allows for a thorough investigation and resolution.

Warranty

Land Bully

We will handle these on a case-by-case basis. Please email returns@landbully.com with any warranty issues on Land Bully brand items.

Others

Products from other manufacturers are subject to their own warranty terms and conditions. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer directly for guidance and support.

Product Stock Status

In stock - Drop shipped - Back ordered

  • In-stock items: If an item is labeled "In Stock" on our website, it's available for immediate shipment from our warehouse.
  • Out-of-stock items: If an item is out of stock, the product page will display an estimated ship date (if available).
  • Backorders: If you purchase an out-of-stock item, we'll hold the order and ship it as soon as the item becomes available.
  • Drop ship: Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
  • If the stock status is not shown, it may be a new product and we are in the process of ordering it for our warehouse or currently adding it to our inventory. Please contact us if the stock status is not shown on a product you are interested in.

    Please note that we strive to provide accurate inventory levels, but sometimes errors can occur. If you have any questions or concerns, please fill out the form here.

Wrong or Missing Items

Wrong items

If you suspect you've received an incorrect product, follow these steps:
1. Check the product label's part number against the one listed on your packing slip and order details.
2. If the numbers don't match, email orders@landbully.com with photos of the identifying labels before opening or using the product.
3. Important: Keep all product components, as they are required for returns and replacement shipments.

By following these steps, we can efficiently assist you in resolving any product discrepancies.

Missing items

To report missing parts, please email photos and a description of what you received to orders@landbully.com within 5 days. Avoid installing or attempting to install incomplete components.
